Sesión multidisciplinar: PSYCHOLOGY OF MUSICAL PERFORMANCE

We are under a tremendous pressure of time in the Western world and our attention is overwhelmed by the abundance of stimuli. The art of dealing with time and attention is vital to all but it is at the very core of the work of performers: musicians, dancers, actors, speakers. With extensive training as a musician, musicologist and psychologist I build on insights from psychology, neuroscience, sport coaching and traditional music pedagogy to construct an utterly new way to look at performance inspiration and excellence. I have developed a thoroughly novel approach on performance based on fine-tuned time and attention management, and invented on its base an exceptionally powerful attentional training for performers.

This is an innovative approach for performers for easily mastering the time and attention during performance – through fine-tuned shifts of consciousness.
