Italian-Argentine violist. She is currently the Principal Violist of the Orquesta Nacional de España.
She completed her advanced studies with Nobuko Imai and Ettore Causa at the International Music Menuhin Academy in Switzerland. She obtained the Konzertexamen diploma from the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana with Bruno Giuranna. At the Instituto Internacional de Música de Cámara de Madrid, Escuela Reina Sofía, she received chamber music training with Eldar Nelbosin and Ralph Gothoni.
She served as Associate Principal Violist with the Orquesta Filarmónica del Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Camerata Bariloche, and the Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional Argentina. She has collaborated as Principal Violist with the Sinfonietta de Lausanne in Switzerland, the Orquestra de Câmara de Cascais e Oeiras in Portugal, and as assistant principal in the Orquestra del Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona.
She is actively involved in chamber music. In January 2023, she organized a Festival in honor of Maestro Alberto Lysy, performing in a quintet with Antonio Lysy, Ettore Causa, Oleg Kasiv, and Bohdan Luts, giving concerts and classes in Bariloche, Argentina.
Additionally, she has performed with artists such as Jeremy Menuhin, Eric Chumachenko, Alberto Lysy, Gabor Tacaks, François Benda, Massimo Quarta, Robert Cohen, Virginie Robilliard, Avi Avital, among others.
She participates as a teacher and performer in prominent festivals, including the OJA (Orquesta Joven de Andalucía), Festival de Saint Croix in France, Uberlandia in Brazil, Galas del Río in La Paz, Entre Ríos, the Festival Internacional de Música de Cámara de Formosa, the Festival Virtuosi Gravatá in Recife, Brazil, and regularly in the Festival Siete Lagos in Bariloche, Argentina.
As a soloist, she has performed with the Orquesta Nacional Argentina, the Orquesta Filarmónica de Buenos Aires, the Orquesta Provincial de Rosario, Camerata Bariloche, and others.
For several years, she has been dedicated to promoting the original viola repertoire composed by contemporary Latin American composers. In December 2024, she is scheduled to record several of these works with Laura Alvarez on piano, in Cologne, Germany.
She plays a viola by Frederich Chaudiere from 2009, Montpellier, France.
