The Centro Superior KATARINA GURSKA was founded in 1985, offering a private alternative for musical education of the highest quality, focused on talent, musical training and the students themselves. Since its foundation, CSKG has played a leading role in the fields of elementary and intermediate music learning in the Madrid area.
CSKG was officially recognized in 1987 as an authorized professional education center; in 2013 was approved for the teaching of the Undergraduate Degree in Music; from 2014 it offers postgraduate programs including several Master in Music Degrees. The Centro Superior KATARINA GURSKA is considered a reference among Spanish private artistic academic institutions, for those who want to follow a career in music.
The philosophy of the school has not changed over the years, but has been consolidating and expanding its main objectives. CSKG is constantly growing, annually incorporating new educational and cultural activities that complement and promote a broad musical training and promotes the personal development of our students.
Currently CSKG includes three music centers complementary to each other, offering musical education ranging from the “musical awakening” for early childhood, to a more specialized postgraduate training in the Master’s Degrees. In all our premises, we also offer training adapted to students of all ages and levels of proficiency, as well as private lessons with any of our teachers.

Every year, around 1000 students attend these 3 schools, working with a staff composed of more than 200 professionals (teachers and administrative collaborators).
