As soloist and chamber musician Valeria Zorina has performed at multiple international festivals, such as the Cardiff Festivatl (Wales, England), Schwetzinger Festspiele, Oleg Kagan Music Festival Kreuth, Hambacher Musikfest (Germany), the Evian Rostropovich Festival, Royaumont Festival (France) as well as in numerous prestigious Concert Halls – Queen Elisabeth Hall (London), the Tempelliaukion Hall (Helsinki), Liederhalle (Stuttgart), Alte Aula (Heidelberg), Auditorio Nacional de Madrid (Spain).
In the course of her career, Valeria has been awarded a number of prizes, including the First prize at the National Young Artists‘Competition (USSR, 1988 ), Winner of the String Prize (London, 1995), First prize at the Chamber Music Competition of the Kulturfonds Baden (Germany, 2002), First prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Karlsruhe (Germany, 2004), Premio “Luoghi di confne” all’eccellenza and Premio Speciale “Artists in residence” at the International “Gaetano Zinetti” Competition ( Italy, 2008), the first prize at the International “Marco Fiorindo” Competition (Torino, Italy) and is the Absolut Winner or the Padua International Competition (Italy).
In 2012 her CD Present produced on label OEHMS Classics recieves the best critic from the german classical music journal KlassikHeute and in the same year becomes Valeria Zorina the Honour Membership of the Rotary International for her artistic achievements.
Valeria is continuously taking part in radio broadcasts and recordings for: SWR (Südwestrundfunk -“Southwest Broadcasting”), Bavarian Radio, Radio Berlin-Brandenburg , Spanish National Radio & Television, Westdeutsche Rundfunk (West German Broadcasting).
From 2015 Valeria Zorina has the Professorship for Postgraduate and Master Studies at the CSKG Madrid.
